Goals tied to Organizations and Jobs

Learning Target allows LMS Administrators to define specific operational Goals for multiple hierarchal Organizations and Job Positions within those organizations. Each individual with a job position in that organization can find the right learning to achieve these goals.

Standards tied to Learning

Learning Target allows LMS Administrators to define multiple performance standards at multiple levels (ex: Blooms Taxonomy) associated to any number of learning activities. Each individual with a job position in that organization can find the right learning to meet those standards

Assessments tied to Standards

Learning Target allows LMS Administrators to define five different types of assessments, self-survey, test questions, Instructor observation, Manager observation and Mentor observation to determine a Learner's achievement of any standard at a particular performance level.
